As the population grows in Sydney, the sound of an alarm unfortunately does not always bring everyone out on to the street as it may have 30 years ago. This being said, it is important in todays market to have that extra re-assurance that your alarm is not only monitored by your neighbour but by your local alarm monitoring company.
When your alarm is activated, the friendly control room staff will proceed to call the nominated people on your contacts list. In the event of a no contact situation, or upon request, a patrol security guard will be sent out to your premises. Depending on the emergency, the control room will then coordinate with licensed security guards and /or emergency services, to ensure the appropriate action is taken. This added security re-assurance service is available at a flat quarterly rate.
